Former Microsoft MVP. Endpoint Specialist. The person who gets it done.
30 years in IT. 15 years as a Microsoft MVP for Endpoint Management (2010-2025). One person, with the knowledge and track record of a full consultancy team.
The person behind the work
It started in 1994 in a computer room in Brazil, with Windows 3.11 and a job digitising documents. Most people would have seen it as admin work. I saw a door.
Before the decade was out I was writing software in Clipper and Delphi, learning not just how to use technology but how to build it. By 2000 I had moved into infrastructure, and by 2002 I held my MCP and MCSA certifications, with my eye already on security.
In 2006 I moved to London. I worked across a wide range of organisations, absorbing how enterprises actually operated, where the gaps were, and where the pain was. In 2008 I became a Microsoft Certified Trainer. It takes a different kind of mastery to explain something clearly enough that someone else can run with it.
Then came 2010. I moved into consulting, and I was accepted into the Microsoft MVP programme for Configuration Manager. The MVP award is not applied for. It is given by Microsoft to individuals recognised as exceptional technical experts and community contributors. I held that award for 15 consecutive years, across two product generations: SCCM, then Microsoft Intune.
During that time I wrote two books on SCCM, led deployments across enterprise and regulated environments, and spent the last six years designing and leading NHS GP practice migrations to Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Teams and OneDrive. These are the systems that keep patient data flowing and clinicians connected.
RFL Systems is not trying to be a large consultancy. It is one specialist, with the depth of knowledge and track record to solve problems that others find difficult, without the overhead, the delays, or the inflated day rates.
