About me
I started in IT in 1994 in Brazil, digitising documents on Windows 3.11, then writing software in Clipper and Delphi. By 2000 I had moved into infrastructure, and from 2003 I was deploying SMS and MOM, the tools that became SCCM and SCOM.
I moved to London in 2006, became a Microsoft Certified Trainer in 2008 and was first awarded Microsoft MVP in 2010, an award I held for 15 consecutive years. Since then I have designed and led endpoint platforms for the NHS, banks, insurers and international organisations, and written two books on Configuration Manager.
Since 2020 I have been an EUC Solution Architect for the NHS in North East London, building the Evergreen framework that gives 300+ GP practices one standard for Windows, applications and security.
